CUNCOLIM: Cuncolim Municipal Council Chief Officer (CO) Pandharinath Naik has filed a police complaint against Vice Chairperson Mario Moraes for allegedly pushing head clerk Kritika Desai and snatching away some official papers from her.
The complaint of CO also alleges Moraes of threatening him and his staff for no reason.
