CURCHOREM: Accepting the demand of Curchorem locals, Kadamba Transport Corporation Limited (KTCL) has restarted the second shuttle service from Curchorem to Panjim via Margao, recently.
In a letter to the KTCL Managing Director, locals had urged him to restart the second shuttle bus service from Curchorem to Panjim via Margao as the first shuttle bus leaves daily from Curchorem at 7.30 am is going full to its capacity and compels some commuters to travel standing due to the absence of second shuttle service. Many commuters, especially the senior citizens, were facing hardships travelling standing for a long distance.
According to local KTCL staff, the second shuttle bus will depart at the Curchorem bus stand at 7.50 am daily besides the first bus at 7.30 am and will go via Margao and reach Panjim within 90 minutes.
