CURCHOREM: A 24-year-old woman from Pontemol-Curchorem, allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself to a ceiling fan with the help of a dupatta at her residence on Tuesday evening.
According to investigating officer PSI Arun Endro, at around 4.30 pm, Keya Kaustubh Bhise’s father-in-law saw her hanging from a fan and shifted her to a private hospital where the doctor declared her brought dead.
“The Keya’s body has been preserved in the Hospicio morgue, Margao for post-mortem,” he said.
and as her death occurred within two years of marriage. A magisterial inquiry will be conducted,” informed PSI Endro is investigating the case under the supervision of PI Shivram Vaigankar.
