PANJIM: The State government on Sunday extended the ongoing COVID-induced State-wide curfew till August 30 up to 7 am. The previous curfew deadline was scheduled to end at 7am, on August 23.
The State-wide curfew was imposed from May 9 onwards and since then government has been extending it with several relaxations in phased manner.
As per the existing curfew order, casinos, auditoriums, community halls, river cruises, water parks, entertainment parks, spas and massage parlours, cinema theatres and entertainment zones within shopping malls are shut. No further relaxation to other establishments are given.
