PANJIM: Cosme Fernandes, brother of non-resident Indian Cipriano Fernandes, who was killed in police custody in 2011, has moved the JMFC Panjim against the crime branch’s closure report in the case and issue non-bailable warrant against the accused policemen.
In his application, the intervener Cosme submitted that he objects to the closure report demanding that the accused should be sentenced to death for the murder.
