CURCHOREM: A 19-year-old youth from Kollosoi-Dabal died in a road accident at Kollosoi on Tuesday night.
According to Curchorem Police, three persons were proceeding on two motorcycles from Codli-Dabal towards Sanvordem. On reaching Kollosoi, rider of the first motorcycle, Stanzil Fernandes, took a turn when the other motorcycle (GA-09-J-7740) which was following him dashed from behind.
Police said the impact was such that Fernandes fell on the road and was rushed to GMC Hospital, where the doctors declared him dead. PSI Ashok Desai is investigating the case under the supervision of PI Sagar Ekoskar.
