PONDA: Dairy farmer Anup Desai, ex-chairman of Goa Dairy, Babu Fale, dairy farmers from Sattari, Pramod Sidhaye, chairman of Nanoda Milk Society, and Sanjiv Kunkalienkar of Bharatiya Kisan Sangh visited the Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant today and appealed to release the long due milk incentive payable to dairy farmers.
They apprised CM that there is an anxiety among dairy farmers as preparation and fodder storage for monsoon is still incomplete due to crunch of cash.
CM assured that he will ensure release of Milk incentive on top priority and required documents will be cleared accordingly.
