PANJIM: Goa Trinamool Congress, on Thursday, inducted Celso Fernandes, founding member and treasurer of the prestigious Dalgado Konkani Akademi at the party office in Panjim.
Fernandes is also the moderator of Diocese Pastoral Council and has dedicated his life to preserving and promoting Goa’s Konkani linguistic heritage. “I have joined the TMC because it is different from other parties. They are here with an open mind and are giving a chance to genuinely talented grassroots-level people to make a difference.”
