VASCO: Shri Damodar Bhajani Saptah committee called for a press conference and Prashant Joshi, head of the committee urged devotees to join the annual Saptah celebration virtually via YouTube and Facebook on August 14 considering the Standard Operating Procedure for COVID-19 pandemic and statewide curfew.
Joshi said that considering the first and second wave, this year there will have a low key celebration of annual Saptah on August 14 and 15 with only 15 committee members with photo identity cards performing religious rituals as per the permission of Deputy Collector.
He further said besides these 15 individuals nobody will be allowed in the temple premises due to CoVID pandemic.
