VALPOI: Valpoi residents cut down an old tree that was posing threat to the people living in the vicinity and road users, on Saturday.
The locals said that since neither the Valpoi municipality nor the landowner heeded to their request and cut down the tree, they themselves cut down the tree, as two days ago, a branch of the tree came down crashing.
