The issue of delayed replies by ministers
continued to reverberate in the Goa Assembly on Wednesday, and held up
proceedings during Question Hour. Opposition leader Yuri Alemao contended that
in addition to the delayed reply to his question 12 A on 27 March, yet again
reply to his question 9A slated for 29th March was not given 48
hours of the question coming up. He said dispite the speaker’s directive the
reply was given to him on 28th March at 12 noon.
