PANJIM: Deputy Chief Minister and Health Minister Francis D’Souza, who was admitted to a hospital in Bandra, has undergone angioplasty and is recuperating. Sources said that D’Souza would be discharged on Tuesday.
However, the hospital doctors have said that he was unwell and the angiography reports showed one block after which he underwent angioplasty and now is recuperating.
The Deputy Chief Minster is accompanied by his family members. D’Souza was admitted to a hospital in Bandra, Mumbai on Friday and had undergone angiography. The doctors had said that depending on the angiography report he would undergo an angioplasty or a heart surgery.
