CUNCOLIM: Sashank Desai has been elected unopposed as the vice chairperson of Cuncolim Municipal Council.
Post fell vacant after the resignation of Mario Morais. A special meeting was been called on Friday to elect the vice chairperson. Chief Officer of Curchorem Cacora Municipal Council Pramod Faldesai was present as returning officer for the election.
