MARGAO: Devendra Dessai, the former Congressman and Former Chairperson of Cuncolim Municipal Council (CMC) is the candidate of Shiv Sena from Cuncolim.
He released his manifesto for Cuncolim Constituency. Dessai is the alliance candidate of GSM and Shiv Sena. In his manifesto Devendra has promised a pollution free Cuncolim by means of action and control on the Cuncolim Industrial Estate and its polluting industries.
In addition to this, Desai has also committed to have Fire station, Health Centre and other basic facilities. Devendra has expressed full confidence of winning all 4 seats that the Shiv Sena is contesting.
