PANJIM: The Directorate of Fire and Emergency Services (DFSE) has transformed the manual services delivered under the ‘Goa Right to Citizen to Time Bound Delivery of Public Services’ to an online mode. “The ongoing manual process of issuance of NOC, renewal of NOC, Issue of Incident Report, and Issue of Initial NOC stands discontinued with effect from October 1, 2021,” said DFSE.
