MARGAO, JAN 7 Saying that the police are the protectors of the society and a shield against evil doers, the State Information Commission has asked the Director General of Police to conduct an inquiry and lodge an FIR against the delinquent officers on the question of furnishing of information applied by a resident of Utorda.
