MARGAO: TCP Minister Vijai Sardesai on Wednesday clarified that he did not say anything about the bullfights that were organized recently in South Goa and added that he did not even meet the organisers, who had visited his house to meet him.
He admitted that he talked about the incident with NCP MLA Churchill Alemao in a casual manner to point out the ugly incident wherein people were beaten up by some rowdy elements and how such incidents tarnish the name and image of Goa. He said their conversation was an informal exchange of thoughts which had no scope of being reported and Churchill Alemao too endorsed the same view.
