PANJIM: After receiving several complaints reportedly from kin of patients, Health Minister VishwajitRane on Sunday ordered the suspension of Dr Reuben De Sousa of sub-district hospital at Ponda.
“I have received several complaints from patients about Dr Reuben De Sousa. I have instructed Dr Geeta Kakodkar to submit the file to Under Secretary of Health for the suspension of the aforementioned doctor,” Rane tweeted.
He said that there will be a thorough investigation, and if found guilty, Dr Reuben will be dismissed from government services.
