PANJIM: Principal of VVM’s Govind Ramnath Kare College of Law, Margao Dr Saba Da Silva is appointed as Dean of the Faculty of Law of Goa University. The order in this regard was issued by Goa University Registrar.
Having a teaching experience of over 20 years, including at the post-graduate level and being a guide at the doctoral programme offered at the Research Centre of the College, he is a member of the Board of Studies in Law of the University.
Dr Saba has earlier qualified with MSc in Medical Biochemistry from the Goa Medical College, obtained a Degree in Education and has worked as a lecturer at the BSc level and has also served as Chief Biochemist of the Directorate of Health Services, Government of Goa, before pursuing Legal Education and joining legal academics.
