MARGAO: Colva police have registered an offence against a car driver one Damodar Bandogkar for restraining a woman, endangering her life and causing her injuries.
The woman, a resident of Cana Benaulim, in her complaint stated that on October 30, at around 11.30 am, the accused from Per Seraulim intentionally parked his car behind her vehicle and restrained her from moving ahead. The accused dashed his car against the complainant thereby endangering her life by causing injuries over parking issue.
PSI Deepa Deykar registered an offence against the accused under Sections 341 and 337 of the IPC.
