A fatal road accident was reported at Assolda in Curchorem, claiming the life of a 22-year-old युवक after a car allegedly driven under the influence of alcohol rammed into a two-wheeler.
The deceased has been identified as Uttapal Naik, a resident of Sanvordem, who died on the spot due to the impact. A pillion rider sustained injuries in the crash and was shifted to the Goa Medical College for treatment.
