Margao: Deputy Chief Minister Chandrakant Kavlekar on Wednesday honoured the 55 COVID19 warriors who have been working at Margao Residency since the pandemic.
Of this, five workers had themselves contracted the Covid infection while doing their duties towards the infected persons. They were felicitated with a certificate and a memorabilia from the Dy CM, who praised them and added that the work they had done is a huge lifetime achievement service towards mankind.
