Easter, which commemorates the resurrection of Jesus from his death, will be celebrated across all the churches in the state and across the world, tonight.
In his message a day before Easter, His Eminence Filipe Neri Cardinal Ferrão called on the people to offer hope and support to the needy, the dejected, the outcasts and those living on the peripheries. He added that everyone living in Goa should join in building a society wherein the interest of others reigns above one’s personal interest.
