PANJIM: Tourism Minister Dilip Parulekar on Thursday said the single window system committee should finalise and recover dues from the EDM organisers and that Tourism Department cannot take any decision in this manner.
“Two or three departments are involved in that – the Police Department, Tourism Department and the committee. The committee should take the decision, the sunburn organisers have to pay the Police Department that is true. The organisers are asking to transfer their deposited money to the Police Department and make the balance amount nil but the committee should take the decision,” Parulekar said.
