PANJIM: The Electricity Department has issued directions to remove all hoardings, posters and other banners placed on electrical poles across State with immediate effect.
The Chief Electrical Engineer (CEE) in a directions issued to all the engineers has said that all unauthorised hoardings, posters and banners placed on power department poles and other department assets, across State be removed immediately”.
CEE has asked officials to ensure that no hoardings are placed on any of the electrical poles.
Accordingly, the officials are ensuring that hoardings or posters put up on poles and other department assets, including transformers, are removed.
