MARGAO: Curtorim MLA Aleixo Reginaldo Lourenco on Tuesday alleged that the aforesaid Entertainment City project promoting casinos at Dhargal is nothing but a big land scam to grab the priceless land of Goemkars.
He also said that the hidden agenda under this project is to get the much needed finance for the government from casinos for the 2022 assembly election.
“Decision of granting approval to Delta Corps for its 100 acres Entertainment City Project consisting of Casino, Club etc at Dhargal in Pernem taluka is a very wrong one as it cheats locals. Locals are dead against the said project as it would further paint Goa as a sin city,” alleged Reginaldo.
