PANJIM: The Entertainment Society of Goa (ESG) has started the process of appointing consultant for providing Transaction Advisory Services for development of infrastructure for film city on 250 acres land proposed at Loliem in Canacona taluka.
The consultant is expected to provide the Authority, Transaction Advisory Services and assistance in selection of a competent private developer for the development of the film city on PPP mode. The Transaction Advisory Services work is to be completed within two months while the entire work assigned to the consultant is to be completed within four months i.e. 120 days.
ESG has recently released an advertisement to invite landowners for developing a “Film City” on 250 acres of land.
