PANJIM: The 1623 Electronic Voting Machines, in which the fate of the 12 candidates who contested the two parliamentary seats in Goa hangs in balance, have been kept under two-tier security blanket at Bal Bhavan in Campal, Panjim and Kare College of Law, Margao, where the counting is scheduled to take place on May 16.
