Ex-Block Congress president to join TMC

PANJIM: Conceicao Peixote, who was appointed as Navelim Block Congress president and Mahesh Bhandari who was former president of Dabolim Block Congress resigned. However, Bhandari will join the Trinamool Congress Party (TMC) today. 

Conceicao Peixote is a close confidant of former Chief Minister Luizinho Faleiro.
