Ex-bureaucrat: BRICS has failed to solve India-China conflicts
PANJIM: A former senior bureaucrat attached with the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) on Friday said BRICS and G7 need to be looked as a strong substance of emerging G20 which will help navigate the world, even as BRICS has failed to solve inter-country conflicts between India and China.
