FabIndia honchos move JMFC for anticipatory bail

PANJIM: Fabindia company big wigs applied for anticipatory bail on Wednesday, a day before they were scheduled to appear before the Crime Branch sleuths for questioning. CEO Subrata Datta and MD William Bissel had failed to join the probe after being called earlier. The Crime Branch had issued fresh summons to them to appear before it, at 10am, on Thursday.
