Faith Celebration Day

PANJIM The Faith Celebration Day for the students of HSSs of the Archdiocesan Board of Education was held at the Pastoral Institute, Old Goa. Students from eleven HSSs participated in the events.  The programme consisted of Bible games, puzzles, audio-visuals and Bible skits. The participants also composed songs based on religious themes. A quiz based on the four gospels and the life of St Joseph Vaz were the highlights of the day with Fr Romeu Godinho as the quiz master assisted by the Assisted Director Fr Leenoy Dias, staff of the Diocesan Catechetical Centre (DCC) and the novices of the SFN, Old Goa. Our Lady of the Rosary HSS, Dona Paula emerged as winners. St Andrew HS Vasco were the Runners-up and Infant Jesus HSS, Colva bagged the third place.
