CUNCOLIM: Raghu Kavlekar, the father of Deputy Chief Minister and Quepem MLA Chandrakant ‘Babu’ Kavlekar passed away at his Betul residence on Tuesday following a brief illness. He was 90. (Late) Raghu is survived by his wife, children – Chandrakant and Babli, daughter-in-law, son-in-law and grandchildren.
