PONDA: After a string of complaints from locals, officials from the Food and Drug Administration conducted their fourth raid of unauthorised stalls selling gobi manchurian in the recent past, this time at the Kapileshwarim Zatra on Thursday, shutting down the operations of six vendors. The stalls were not allowed to operate as they did not have the valid permits and approvals to serve the snack, and the FDA also found that the deep-fried cauliflower dish was being prepared in unhygienic conditions.
