MARGAO (HR):?Senior film producer Arnold D’Costa has said that it is high time that Chief Minister, Digambar Kamat take steps to streamline the affairs of Entertainment Society of Goa, failing which the reviewed film finance scheme will not see the light of the day.
In a press statement, D’Costa said he had sought information under the RTI Act regarding fees collected by ESG from various film makers towards shooting of films in Goa. “The reply given by the PIO of ESG is a clear indication of delaying tactic. If the officials of ESG cannot understand simple English, than it is high time that they quit their jobs and government should appoint competent officials”, he said.
