MARGAO: JMFC Margao Pooja Kavlekar has dismissed the application of Adv Aires Rodrigues demanding to direct Colva Police to register a FIR against Francisco Mickky Pacheco under Section 172 of IPC for absconding to avoid arrest.
The JMFC has also asked the Public Prosecutor to direct police to take right steps in investigating the case and getting the convicted MLA arrested.
This is the second setback for Adv Aires after the dismissal of his plea seeking action against police for their failure to nab Mickky.
