CANACONA: A body massage shop which had caught fire on Sunday evening was saved from getting destroyed in flames at Palolem by fire personnel.
Fire and emergencies office at Canacona said that they received a fire call at 6 in the evening that a thick smoke was seen emanating from a massage shop at Palolem. Immediately a fire tender was dispatched to the site and it took almost an hour for the fire fighting team to douse the fire.
The fire fighting team consisted of Soiru Desai, Constancio Colaco, Goutham Velip, Chandrahas Pagi and Ashok Gaonkar.
