MARGAO: A major fire broke out in the house of Vishnu Pai Sambari at Comba-Margao on Tuesday evening, destroying property worth Rs three lakh.
The incident occurred this evening. News spread that the fire was triggered by a cylinder blast in the house. The fire services used tankers to bring the fire under control. A fireman told the media that they have not come across any damaged LPG cylinder inside the house and could not ascertain the exact cause behind the fire.
