Fire personnel attached to Mapusa fire station brings home 2 medals

27 fire personnel
attached to various fire stations in Goa participated in the first edition of
the All India Fire Service Sports and Fire Services Meet. Fire personnel Sanjiv
Madhu Korgaonkar attached to the Mapusa fire station brought home a bronze and
silver medal. Korgaonkar won the bronze medal in the long jump category and
silver in the long jump category. The sports meet was organised by the All India
Fire Service Sports Control Board between September 22 to 24
at Tyagrat Stadium in New Delhi.
