activities. The beach’s condition is alarming, leaving no space for water to
flow or for people to walk. The sight of
the beach overwhelmed by garbage has shocked the fishermen, who are now
demanding urgent action from the authorities to address this crisis.
They are calling for measures to ensure cleanliness and restore
the beach to its pristine state, allowing them to continue their livelihoods
without further hindrance. This is not only an issue for the fishermen but also
for the environment. The amount of plastic has reached a point where Miramar
doesn’t even remotely resemble a beach anymore.
