PANJIM: The All Goa Fishing Boat Owners Association (AGFBOA) has called on the government to provide relief to them in view of rising diesel prices, which they say has made it difficult for them to earn their livelihood.
They have called for VAT reimbursement on the similar lines that Maharashtra and Karnataka give boat owners from those respective States, which is comparatively much better as compared to what the State government gives them.
