PANJIM: The Aam Aadmi Party (Goa) condemned the statement by the Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar that AAP is hesitating to form government in Delhi as they know with power comes the corruption. Valmiki naik of the AAP said that has tasted success in the recently held Delhi assembly elections said that this statement is an admission by the CM that he believes that it is not possible to govern without indulging in corruption.
“His actions, or rather inaction, on critical measures such as Lokayukta, Right to Services, and RTI, that would help alleviate the burden of corruption on the common man, are also a cause for grave concern,’ the party argued.
India against Corruption ( IAC) and some other organisations had demanded that Goa Lokayukta bill should be on the lines of Uttarakhand as promised by the BJP in the run-up to the last assembly polls.
