PERNEM: An unknown foreigner died of drowning off Calangute beach on Wednesday.
According to Calangute police, Dhrishti lifeguards noticed the victim drowning off Calangute Beach and immediately rushed to his help and brought him on shore. He was taken to Candolim Health Centre where the doctors declared him brought dead.
