VASCO: In a tragic incident reported at Mangor Hill on Saturday, a four-year-old child met a watery grave after accidentally falling into an underground water tank.
According to available information, four-year-old Ronit Patil, who was playing near the Kanteshwar Nath temple in the Gandhi Nagar area, went towards the water tank near the temple and accidentally fell in it and got drowned.
Locals claimed that at the time of the incident the tank was open, however, some of them said the child allegedly opened the half shut tank cover and got drowned.
