MARGAO: Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Ashwini Khandolkar on Tuesday adjourned to September 4, the framing of charges against former minister Mickky Pacheco and his friend Mathew Diniz as Mathew’s advocate Vivek Naik informed the court that he had filed an appeal against the June 5, 2018 order.
