Vasco: Former Urban Development Minister Francis D’Souza arrived at Goa International Airport at Dabolim on Wednesday. D’Souza, who appeared weak, was brought out on a wheelchair.
The former minister returned from the US following a month-long treatment. When asked for his opinion with regards the present political situation in Goa, he said, “I will speak to media after getting to know all the details” and added that he has a lot in his mind.
Francis had visited the US for treatment soon after he was dropped as the State’s Urban Development Minister to accommodate Milind Naik.
