PANJIM: Urban Development Minister Francis D’Souza was taken to a private hospital for dialysis and routine health check-up on Saturday even as there was speculation that he was critical.
The minister spoke to Herald rubbishing the speculation claiming he was in good health and his visit to the hospital was routine. “I visit the hospital regularly for a health check up. I came here today (Saturday) for dialysis and overall health check up,” he said. He asked people to confirm before spreading false information creating panic. Earlier, messages poured on social media about D’Souza’s critical condition.
