MARGAO: On the first day of vaccination drive, frontline workers from various government departments took the jab at South Goa District Hospital, here, on Monday.
South Goa Additional Collector and Administrator of Margao Municipal Council Prasanna Acharya; Deputy Collector Jyoti Kumari, and SDO-I Salcete Kedar Naik, Deputy Collector and SDM Dharbandora Pratap Punde, Commandant CISF Kunwar Bahadur, Deputy Commandant Dharmesh Govind Pai Angle, DySP Konkan Railways and Joint Mamlatdar Salcete Deona Pereira took the vaccine shot.
In all, 35 warriors were vaccinated for the day. The vaccination sessions will continue in Salcete this week.
