Even as the G20 Summit is happening in Panjim, office goers
& vehicle users were shocked to see a herd of buffaloes trudging against
the flow of traffic on new patto bridge on Monday. Though the Smart City has
failed to bring in rapid urban transport, buffaloes are certainly offering
their services to the city, amidst failure of the Corporation of the City of
Panaji to reign in the stray cattle menace. The over buffaloes walked
unhindered from opposite the General Post Office promenade to the new Patto
Bridge.
