PANJIM: Goa Alliance against CAA-NRC-NPR condemned the ‘acts of terror against the protesting students in Jamia and the collusion of the police in the same’.
In a statement released Thursday night, GACNN has noted that the acts of terror on the Martyrdom Day of Mahatma Gandhi, where a self proclaimed right wing activist fired at the protesting students in Jamia which injured a student by name Shadaab, are a painful reminder of the cowardly acts of Godse in killing Gandhi. GACNN notes with horror that the police did not do anything even as the man brandished a pistol right in their presence, but on the other hand, actively detained protestors who gathered to commemorate the martyrdom.
